About Aspire Program

Inspired by our vision to build the future through the talents of our nation’s youth, KAFD proudly introduces the Graduates Development Program “Aspire”.

The program targets exceptional emerging talents to offer a fully integrated 12-month training experience that includes on-the-job training, specialized online courses, and accredited professional certifications, all under the guidance of leading experts and specialists, in collaboration with top business schools. It is a unique opportunity that sets the foundation for a thriving professional journey.

Eligibility Criteria: 

  • Graduation year 2025 or later 
  • Saudi nationality 
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in business, engineering, computer science, law, or related fields 
  • Minimum GPA of 3.75 out of 5, or 3 out of 4 
  • Fluent in English and Arabic 
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft
