Yes, parking is available for visitors free of charge.
You can park either at the Conference Center underground parking located to the right of the Area 3 Entrance, or you can park next to THE303 drop off area.
You can park in level B2 of the Conference Center.
Yes – visitors can park at the 3.11 parking structure. For long term parking, kindly contact the reception staff.
Yes, smoking is allowed only in designated areas.

Small shipments can be delivered directly to your reception. Your concierge will contact you directly upon its arrival.

There is no need to register your guests in advance – they can simply sign the Reception desk’s visitor book upon arrival.
Garbage disposal rooms are available next to the elevators on every floor.

With business being the at the core of KAFD’s Master Plan, almost half of the total KAFD space is dedicated to office spaces (46%) taking up a total of 1 Million SQM. Half of this space (500,000 SQM) is located in the Financial Plaza.
We enable our tenants by adapting the office leasing spaces to fit their needs. Tenants who occupy an entire floor or more have full flexibility to fit-out the floor and demolish the corridors to create a space that meets their creative vision and adheres to the business’s requirements.
We set a new standard for high-speed internet connectivity and IT capabilities in the capital. KAFD independently operates the only Data Center in the region that has received top Tier IV certification by Uptime Institute, the global industry authority.
Yes – the KAFD Conference Center blends aesthetic excellence with functionality. With its adaptable layout, it is an ideal location for hosting workshops, gala dinners, or team events. Facilities include a 1,215 sqm banquet hall for up to 700 guests and several outdoor plazas. One of the largest conference centers in Riyadh, it is centrally located right in the middle of KAFD’s various offerings.
Yes – KAFD has one of the largest conference centers in Riyadh more than 28,000 SQM, with an adaptable layout for hosting workshops, gala dinners or team events.
Yes – the Financial Plaza has a large area (6,000 SQM) which will, in the near future, have exclusive restaurants, shops and retail outlets to serve our tenant employees.  
Security personnel are available 24 hours per day at key access points to the district and around the clock at our residences.
